Your Path To Enrolment
Joining Glen Afric Learning Centre involves just a few steps: gathering documents, submitting your application, securing your child’s place with a deposit, and choosing how you’d like to pay. This page walks you through all of what you’ll need, how the process works, and exactly what tuition costs, so there are no surprises between your first enquiry and your child’s first day.
What you will need to apply:
- The learner's birth certificate
- Copies of the learner's last two school reports, where applicable
- Copies of ID documents for both parents/legal guardians
- The most recent 3 months' payslips from the parent's or guardian's current employer
The Process
How it works
From a child’s very first classroom to their final exam, every phase is built around them.
Submit Application
Complete the Application for Admission form and submit it with the required supporting documents.
Secure Their Place
Select Payment Plan
Fees can be paid over 11 or 12 months, or upfront for a discount. Indicate your preferred option for invoicing.

Fees are payable in advance, by the first of each month.
Yes, a 5% sibling discount applies to the 2nd and 3rd child, for fees paid monthly.
Outstanding fees paid after the first of the month attract 2.5% interest, compounded monthly.
English is the medium of instruction throughout the school.
No. Examination and invigilation fees are additional, and payable directly to the examination centre.
3 calendar months' written notice is required.
Yes. A 10% discount applies if the full annual fee is paid upfront by 20 December, or 5% if paid upfront by 31 January. No other discounts apply.
